This building was constructed as the headquarters and primary showroom for one of the state's largest and most successful tool suppliers. Located on a busy arterial road, the building form was, in itself, designed to act as a type of signboard to suitably present the business: rugged, slick, mechanical. Large, open showrooms, loading areas and storage bays are located at ground level, with corporate office spaces above.
